Tax-exemption guide for donors & project creators

Some charitable organisations have tax-exemption status obtained via the relevant local authorities. If a charity on Incitement can provide a tax-receipt for your donation, you will be able to indicate during the donation process that you’d like to receive a tax-receipt. You will receive an email once your receipt is ready for download.

For Donors

Donors are required to submit their IC/Passport number and Full Address to request a tax-exemption receipt. This information is required to comply with the revised Guidelines for Approval of Director General of Inland Revenue under Subsection 44(6) of the Income Tax Act dated 15 May 2019 (“Revised Guidelines”).
